Pricing Fee Structure
Years of research and continuous learning make us qualified to perform our trade. As a company, we have offices and all the systems required to service our clients. We hold extensive General and Professional Liability Insurance.
Our team of professionals are provided with a quality benefits package that includes annual sponsorship of continued learning. We examine each vendor we use annually to ensure quality, safety, and business viability. The process includes documentation of up-to-date insurances as well as agreement to the high standards of Corinthian Events.
People are often curious on how we charge; the details are below.
Operating & Administration Costs combined with Management Fee
The pricing of each experience and all services is presented inclusive of our operating and administrative costs.
An additional 19% management fee for time and resources required to produce the elements of your event is added to the overall total.
All non-profit & meeting management (in-person or virtual) events, will have an additional flat fee based on estimated pre-planning and consulting hours.
All pricing is inclusive of any applicable taxes & gratuities. We do offer a discount on our hourly rate for nonprofit clients.
Pricing and Payment Discounts
To provide the best possible pricing for you, all prices quoted reflect a 5% discount for payment with check or wire transfer. We do understand that sometimes payment with a credit card is easier, and therefore we are happy to accept credit card payments but understand that the 5% discount will only be reflected for payments made by check or direct wire transfer.
Pricing Policies You Should Know
In-Person Site Inspections
At Corinthian Events, site inspections are a crucial component of planning any event. We are delighted to provide you with a firsthand look at the exceptional venues available to host your guests. To ensure an efficient and productive site inspection, we require the use of a chauffeured vehicle to navigate the city. We will provide this vehicle at cost. Additionally, our staff will be available to assist you throughout the site inspection at no additional charge, for up to 16 hours. Please note that any out-of-pocket expenses related to your site inspection, such as airport transfers, meals, guide services, etc., may be billed at cost. We will seek your approval before incurring these charges. Once a contract is signed for a program valued at over $50,000, up to $1,000.00 of these fees will be credited back to your account. Depending on the scope of the site inspection, costs will be billed up-front and reflected on your final invoice. We look forward to assisting you in exploring the wonderful venues available for your event.
