Ethics Statement

At Corinthian Events we pledge honest representation.  We will always only promise what we can deliver, and we will be clear about what can and cannot be done.  Offering solutions and alternatives where necessary.  We would rather lose a piece of business than just say yes and under deliver.

Intellectual Property

We take our designs very seriously and don’t like our creativity executed under someone else’s name.  And we don’t do it either.  We are careful about where our inspiration comes from and ensuring that the events we produce are truly our unique design.  Yes, there is your average “neighborhoods” theme event when in a location and we ensure that while our event still accents the locale that it comes with our design, eye and creativity.

On the client side, our vendors and staff sign a vendor agreement that always includes that no photographs or information is to be disclosed and absolutely no posting on social media. If there is an NDA in place, we take an extra step at the beginning of the program in our staff briefing, both live and in our advance materials to remind everyone of this privacy obligation.

Fair Pricing

Each event is priced fairly based upon the costs, overhead and profitability.  Prior to submitting a detailed proposal for the complete even, we do extensive research to ensure that our costs are the most up to date.  We know our overhead and our numbers well and do our best to estimate our time based upon our past-experience and the scope of the project.  If a price changes that we should have known about and did not communicate, we absorb that.  The open communication and clear and explicit detail is important here.  If a price may change, we share that information up front with an allowable percentage increase or we indicate that it is based on current pricing and subject to change.

Our goal is to deliver to you the best event for you.  It is not about how much profit we can make.  Our team is not incentivized on the upsell.  We will find creative solutions where possible to keep any new ideas within the budget provided.

General Professional Behavior

Our team always behaves in the most professional way.  We treat others as we like to be treated.  Our world is filled with partnerships, both clients and vendors.  We value each human, no matter the background, race, religion or stature with the same respect and opportunity.  We would not ask anyone to do something we would not do ourselves.
